CML3 CIN tumors (CIN-classical tumors from now on) showed significantly higher cellular adhesion and proteolysis, immune system and inflammatory response, cellular adhesion and differentiation, transcription, Wnt pathway, and transmembrane transport functional node activities than CML1 CIN tumors (CIN-MSI-like tumors from now on) (Supplementary Figure S6A,B). This evidence concerns the gene NAT8 and cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia.
