Concerning interleukin 23 inhibitors, with regard to the IL-23A inhibitor risankizumab, there are limited data on its use in the treatment of psoriasis in pregnant women; therefore, it is recommended not to use this agent during pregnancy and to use a contraceptive method during treatment and for a minimum of 21 weeks after its completion [25,26].
