The same study mentioned above, published by Çolakoğlu MK et al. in 2018, concluded that patients with TNBC (triple-negative) or HER2-positive breast cancer had a significantly higher risk of sentinel lymph node (SLN) metastasis compared with those in the luminal group, with this risk being up to six times greater, particularly for TNBC patients. This evidence concerns the gene ERBB2 and breast carcinoma.
