All of these 17 genes, except COL11A2, was reported to be associated with several types of cancer, such as ovarian, gastrointestinal, lung, and pancreatic cancers [33,34,35,36,37,38,39,40,41,42,43,44,45,46,47,48,49]. The gene discussed is COL11A2; the disease is pancreatic neoplasm.
