CD82 and colorectal carcinoma: At the suggested threshold, RIVs in ST6 N-acetylgalactosaminide alpha-2, 6-sialyltransferase 2 (ST6GALNAC2) were found to be significant (OR = 14.6, p = 1.12 × 10−4), observed in 3/146 cases (2%), with a 14-fold increased risk of developing high-risk CRC, compared with 2/1395 controls (0.1%) (Table 2).
