In contrast, using the Erk1/2 inhibitor Selumetinib that reduces the level of activated p-Erk1/2 (Figure 5D, p-Erk1/2), we found no significant effect on the induction of cyclin D2 by L1 in LS 174T CRC cells (Figure 5D, cyclin D2, Supplementary Figure S1D).
