UQCRFS1 and pulmonary arterial hypertension: Inhibition of the mitochondrial complex III by myxothiazol and genetic suppression of RISP attenuate hypoxia- and nicotine-triggered cell proliferation and hypoxia-induced migration, highlighting their potential as therapeutic targets for modulating aberrant cell proliferation and migration in pulmonary vascular remodeling and pulmonary hypertension.
