The binding energy of epigallocatechin gallate with DSG3, MET, and PLAU were -8.0 kcal/mol, -10.6 kcal/mol, and -9.5 kcal/mol, respectively (Table S7), indicating that epigallocatechin gallate has a strong binding activity with DSG3, MET, and PLAU and may be used as a potential therapeutic agent for PC. The gene discussed is PLAU; the disease is pachyonychia congenita.
