To further evaluate the effects of NAT10 on myeloma tumor growth and BTZ sensitivity in vivo, we established a xenograft model of MM by subcutaneously injecting NAT10-KD and negative control (NC) MM cells in NOD/SCID mice, and then administered BTZ or vehicle control intravenously every three days (Fig. 2K). This evidence concerns the gene NAT10 and Miyoshi myopathy.
