Indeed, increased XPO1 expression were also found in our established BR MM cells (Fig. 4A), and when the expression of XPO1 was successfully suppressed (Fig. 4B), the sensitivity to BTZ were largely improved, as evidenced by lower IC50 value (Fig. 4C) and markedly augmented apoptotic cells (Fig. 4D).
