Rare reports were published that patients treated with fingolimod developed cutaneous melanoma, basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, Kaposi’s sarcoma, Merkel cell carcinoma, mycosis fungoides, cutaneous large B-cell lymphoma, primary cutaneous CD30+ anaplastic large-cell T-cell lymphoma and lymphomatoid papulosis. The gene discussed is TNFRSF8; the disease is Kaposi's sarcoma.
