Additionally, our study observed that HF cardiomyocytes with CDKN1A+ show elevated levels of ubiquinone and other terpenoid-quinone biosynthesis, thiamine metabolism, and nicotinate and nicotinamide metabolism, suggesting metabolic discrepancies among HF cardiomyocytes with different CDKN1A genotypes. This evidence concerns the gene CDKN1A and hydrops fetalis.
