IGHE and wheat allergic reaction: To date, in addition to classic CD, different forms of the spectrum have been described, such as potential CD (positive autoantibodies without mucosal lesion), silent CD (positive autoantibodies, presence of mucosal lesion but no symptoms), seronegative CD (absence of autoantibodies and mucosal lesion but with symptoms), wheat allergy (IgE-mediated pathology), and NCGS (1–3).
