In this study, we investigated the biological role of SFRP4 in prostate cancer tissue by multiomics analysis of the same tissue samples, including ST, bulk transcriptomics, laser micro dissected (LMD)- and mass spectrometry (MS)-based proteomics, DNA methylomics, histopathology and Masson’s trichrome staining. Here, SFRP4 is linked to Familial prostate cancer.
