NFKB1 and alcoholic liver diseases: The KEGG analysis highlights three highly enriched pathways: (I) the immune-related NF-κB and Toll-like receptor signaling pathways; (II) complications and associated pathways, such as oxidative phosphorylation, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, alcoholic liver disease, and cardiac muscle contraction; and (III) infectious diseases, including COVID-19, pertussis, and toxoplasmosis (Fig 2G).
