TNF and neoplasm: Compared to the M group, the expression of IFN-γ, ROS, and MDA in each Chinese medicine group was significantly upregulated (p < 0.05), while the expression of TNF-α, IL-6, and GSH significantly decreased, indicating that the four Chinese medicine groups could inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells by reducing inflammatory factors, regulating immune function, and promoting oxidative stress.
