Compared with the M group, the expression levels of bcl-2 and the PI3K and ULK1 proteins in the TMQ group and TM group significantly decreased (p < 0.05), indicating that the Chinese medicine inhibited the cholinergic synaptic pathway and AMPK signaling pathway by downregulating the PI3K, Bcl-2, and ULK1 proteins and thus inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells.
