In summary, these data indicated that TMQ enhanced tumor autophagy and effectively inhibited tumor growth in mice by activating the cancer transcriptional dysregulation pathway, and inhibiting the cholinergic synaptic pathway, the AMPK signaling pathway and the PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway, thus playing a role in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and cancer.
