GPX4 and breast carcinoma: Other potential natural anti-breast cancer drugs, such as furospinulosin 1 (inducing apoptosis) (58), ROO1 (inducing pyroptosis) (59) and DMOCPTL (inhibiting GPX4, inducing ferroptosis) (60), can be loaded into the hydrophobic core region of HTI-NPs to achieve synergistic effects of apoptosis-ferroptosis, pyroptosis-ferroptosis, and dual ferroptosis against drug-resistant breast cancer.
