In vivo studies in mice further elucidated the impact of the ROCK1 inhibitor Y27632 on the downstream pathways regulated by IBA (Figure 5G), notably inhibiting the promotive effect of IBA on subcutaneous tumor growth in mice (Figure 5H–J), while also blocking the activation of downstream c‐Myc and PD‐L1 (Figure 5K,L), particularly reversing the inhibitory effect of IBA on CD8+ cells within the tumor microenvironment (Figure 5L).
