The levels of a proliferation marker (Ki67) and the senescence marker, p16, were also investigated in tumor samples by immunohistochemical (IHC) staining (Fig. 5G, I), and these experiments demonstrated that BR0063 significantly (P < 0.0001, Fig. 5H, I, K, L) reduced cell proliferation and induced senescence in both xenograft models that were treated with 80 mpk BR0063, findings that were in agreement with the results obtained in vitro. This evidence concerns the gene CDKN2A and neoplasm.
