Markers of oxidative stress on RyR1 are linked to FKBP12 dissociation and altered RyR1-mediated Ca2+ release (Waning et al., 2015; Bellinger et al., 2009; Place et al., 2015; Zanou et al., 2021), which also correlate with muscle weakness in breast cancer with bone metastases and ventilator-induced diaphragm dysfunction (Matecki et al., 2016; Waning et al., 2015). This evidence concerns the gene RYR1 and breast carcinoma.
