B cell cluster 1 accounted for the highest proportion of ETV6-RUNX1 positive ALL patients, and was the only one among the four differential clusters that was significantly higher in ETV6-RUNX1 positive ALL patients than in healthy pediatric samples (Fig. 1D), suggesting that B cell cluster 1 may be the major cluster contributing to ETV6-RUNX1 ALL occurrence. This evidence concerns the gene ETV6 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
