METTL3 and neoplasm: Figure 5C shows that the tumor cell viability in METTL3_KD+siFGF2 was significantly lower than that in METTL3_KD+siNC, indicating that silencing FGF2 can reduce the cell proliferation activity of METTL3-KD. Figure 5D shows that the migration ability in METTL3_KD+siFGF2 was lower than that in METTL3_KD+siNC, indicating that silencing FGF2 can reduce the cell migration ability of METTL3-KD.
