Importantly, abnormal accumulation of p-TFEB Ser211 and p-TFEB Ser142 was detected in the brains of AD patients (Fig. 4i), and the protein level of ROCK1 was positively correlated with both p-TFEB Ser211 and p-TFEB Ser142 levels in human brains (Fig. 4j, k).
