Using an eosinophil gene signature (SIGLEC8, RNASE2, RNASE3, IL5RA, and CCR3), it was found that eosinophil infiltration inside the tumor correlates with increased CD8+ T cell and IFN-γ signatures and was shown that tumor eosinophils enhance CD8+ T cell activation, leading to tumor eradication37. Here, RNASE3 is linked to neoplasm.
