Ultimately, investigation of additional OSA tumor specimens (positive for B lymphocyte and/or Plasmocyte populations) and further cell-cell communication analysis is required to support the hypothesis that TCN2+ Myeloid cells drive infiltration and proliferation of B lymphocyte populations through increased TCN2 (ligand) and CD320 (receptor) interactions. This evidence concerns the gene TCN2 and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.
