In this study, we found that in the methionine-restricted microenvironment, the expression levels of CXCL8 and VEGFA in glioma cells were significantly elevated, as well as CD31 and VEGFA levels in grafted tumor tissues, and the length of tubule-forming tubules and the number of nodes of tubule generation were significantly increased. The gene discussed is PECAM1; the disease is glioma.
