The results of the survival curves showed that in high-grade gliomas, the survival of the high-expression group of CXCL8 was significantly shorter (Fig. 2E), whereas in low-grade gliomas, the high-expression CXCL8 group showed a poorer prognosis only in the CGGA-693 cohort. The gene discussed is CXCL8; the disease is central nervous system cancer.
