Notably, higher expression of DCP1b is associated with a shorter PFI in brain lower grade glioma (Figure 4—figure supplement 2B) and associated with a longer PFI in many other cancer types, including adrenocortical carcinoma, prostate adenocarcinoma, uveal melanoma, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (Figure 4—figure supplement 2C).
