Notably, higher expression of DCP1b is associated with a shorter PFI in brain lower grade glioma (Figure 4—figure supplement 2B) and associated with a longer PFI in many other cancer types, including adrenocortical carcinoma, prostate adenocarcinoma, uveal melanoma, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (Figure 4—figure supplement 2C). This evidence concerns the gene DCP1B and central nervous system cancer.
