In this study, we examined four SNPs in FOXO3A (rs1536057, rs2802292, rs3813498, and rs1935952), four in AMPK (rs1442760, rs1036851, rs1348316, and rs11584787), and two in POMC (rs934778 and rs6545975) to explore their potential roles in obesity-related traits, aiming to elucidate the genetic factors underlying EOB. This evidence concerns the gene FOXO3 and obesity due to melanocortin 4 receptor deficiency.
