INS and Hypoglycemia: Although she had a normal mixed meal tolerance test (MMTT) and oral protein tolerance test (OPTT), the patient experienced hypoglycemia at +120 min on an oral glucose tolerance test [OGTT, PG 52 mg/mL (2.9 mmol/L) and insulin 6.2 uIU/mL (43.1 pmol/L)] with peak insulin level of 43.3 uIU/mL (300.7 pmol/L) reached at one hour.
