As many research has shown that oncolytic virus therapy can enhance the therapeutic effects of adoptive cell therapy [20, 37, 38], which is consistent with our findings in this study on the CRC xenograft model, the combination of rAd.DCN and NK cell therapy may have promising clinical application prospects, intratumoral administration of rAd.DCN via gastrointestinal endoscopy in combination with adoptive infusion of NK cells will become possible. This evidence concerns the gene DCN and colorectal carcinoma.
