Following administration in a psoriasis-like mouse model, AMP@ZIF-90/ACP@MNs exhibited a favorable immunomodulatory effect, reducing the infiltration of inflammatory macrophages, DCs, and T cells into the skin and decreasing the expression of inflammatory cytokines, including TNF-α, IL-6, IL-17A, and IL-23. This evidence concerns the gene IL37 and psoriasis.
