The impaired motor coordination and balance ability were relieved by FvF. Its treatment significantly slowed the loss of TH markers in the SNc region of MPTP-PD mice. The decrease in DA and DOPAC contents in the striatum was mitigated by FvF but had no effect on the level of 5-HT.
