Figure 2a showed that hnRNPK was differentially expressed in several human NPC cell lines, including 5–8 F, CNE1, CNE2, and C666-1. Specifically, hnRNPK expression in 5–8 F cells was approximately fourfold higher than that in the other three NPC cell lines. This finding was further confirmed by Western blots (Figure 2b). This evidence concerns the gene HNRNPK and nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
