PKM2, MRPS12, NDUFC2, HPDL, MRPL14, COA6 and RNF144B were significantly upregulated in ovarian cancer tissues than in normal tissues (P < 0.05, Figure 2B), while RPL23, FGFR1OP2, CAPN10, ALDH1L1 and ACSM1 were significantly down-regulated (P < 0.05). Here, FGFR1OP2 is linked to ovarian cancer.
