GXYLT2 and lymphoma: shFAT4 cells displayed altered expression of several additional interesting genes including IGF-1R and PIK3C2B oncogenes [39, 40], the Wnt negative regulator JADE-1 [41], proto-cadherin PCDH18 [42], the Notch1 activator GXYLT2 [43] and the oncogenic miRNA MIR196A2 [44], revealing the deployment of an array of diverse intracellular mechanisms that may support lymphoma growth and dissemination (Fig. 4c).
