As illustrated in Figure 1A, the expression level of the MCM6 gene was found to be significantly upregulated in numerous cancer types, including bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), cervical squamous cell carcinoma (CESC), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), oesophageal carcinoma (ESCA), glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), kidney chromophobe (KICH), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD) and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC). This evidence concerns the gene MCM6 and rectum adenocarcinoma.
