Serum chemokine protein chip screening of six PMR patients who were diagnosed and treated to obtain remission detected a significant difference in the expression of the chemokine CXCL10, which was validated by ELISA in 28 PMR patients after further expanding the samples, and found that the level of serum CXCL10 in active PMR patients was significantly higher than that of the remission PMR group, the RA group, and the normal control group. Here, CXCL10 is linked to rheumatoid arthritis.
