CXCL10 and tuberculosis: Genes in cluster 3, including CXCL9, CXCL10, IRF7, IRF9, STAT1, STAT2, and TRIM21, were enriched for antiviral innate immune response related biological processes, such as response to type I interferon (IFNs) and cytokine-mediated signaling pathway, and these genes were rapidly induced in response to administration of both RhCMV/TB vaccine vectors.
