METTL14 shows high expression levels in normal hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells (HSPCs) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells carrying t (11q23), t (Yang et al., 2015; Li Q. et al., 2017), or t (Jiang et al., 2020; Peng et al., 2022) translocations (Weng et al., 2018).
