Myelofibrosis (MF) is a life-threatening complication of BCR:ABL1-negative myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) induced by the MPN cell clonal proliferation, leading to bone marrow fibrosis, extramedullary hematopoiesis, and acute leukemia transformation (1).
