In this study, we aimed to investigate the prevalence of acute-phase PSF among elderly patients with IS, to analyze the relationship between clinical serological indicators (FPG, TC, CRP, and Hcy) within 24 hours after stroke and the occurrence of PSF 14 days after stroke, and to explore the predictive value of serological indicators in guiding bundle nursing to prevent PSF in IS survivors. Here, CRP is linked to stroke disorder.
