qRT-PCR and western blot analysis showed that, upon ALKBH5 silencing in tumor tissues, ALKBH5 and TUG1 were decreased, while SH3BGRL expression was upregulated (P < 0.01, Figure 7D and 7E), suggesting that ALKBH5 silencing suppresses AML cell drug resistance to ADR in vivo. Here, TUG1 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
