IL10 and colitis: Additionally, bone marrow‐derived mesenchymal stem cells secrete C–C motif chemokine ligand 2 (CCL2) and C–X–C motif chemokine ligand 12 (CXCL12), which promote the polarization of M2 macrophages and activate interleukin‐10 (IL‐10+) T cells and IL‐10+ B cells within the intestinal tract, exerting an inhibitory effect on colitis.110
