The in vivo rat infection wound results showed that the CN-MnO2/PLLA dressing not only inhibited the growth of S. aureus and P. aeruginosa, but also significantly accelerated the wound healing rate by downregulating the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α) and upregulating the expression of anti-inflammatory cytokines (Arg-1).
