The findings revealed that across multiple datasets, SERTAD4 expression was significantly elevated in normal intestinal epithelial tissues in contrast to CRC tissues (GSE20842, GSE39582, GSE41328, GSE41657, GSE44076, GSE73360, GSE83889, GSE87211 and GSE106582; Figure 2D–L, p < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene SERTAD4 and colorectal carcinoma.
