The results confirmed that SERTAD4 could effectively differentiate normal tissue from CRC and is a new molecule for diagnosis of CRC (Figure 4B–K, AUCs are 0.947, 0.832, 0.940, 0.957, 0.892, 0.794, 0.812, 0.883, 0.845 and 0.803, respectively). Here, SERTAD4 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
