Examination of alterations in key pathways implicated in B-cell lymphomas [24, 25] suggests involvement in chromatin remodelling (CREBBP and EP300) and regulators of NF-κB signalling (TNFAIP3, BCL10, MYD88, CD79B and CARD11) (Figure 2(D)) were affected. The gene discussed is MYD88; the disease is B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
