MTOR and cancer: Recently, it has been shown that iVM, by regulation of several signaling pathways (mitochondrial respiration, angiogenesis, cancer stem cells (CSCs), PAH2-SID, P-Glycoprotein, Yes-Associated Protein 1 (YAP1), Wnt-TCF pathway responses, RNA helicase, KPNB1 protein, or Akt/mTOR pathway), prevents the development of various cancer types [73].
