Tivantinib and capmatinib are small-molecule c-MET inhibitors designed to target c-MET receptors and are currently in the early phase of clinical studies in treating a plethora of cancers, including metastatic NSCLC, non-squamous non-small cell neoplasm of the lung, metastatic colorectal cancer, advanced HCC, and stage IV prostate cancer [34,35].
