Therefore, the aims of this study include (i) to interrogate the potential therapeutic significance of PRKACA in clinical GC and CRC, (ii) to investigate the clinicopathological and genomic correlates of PRKACA expression in GC and CRC, (iii) to investigate the biological significance of PRKACA expression in GC and CRC, (iv) to investigate the mechanisms of PRKACA deregulation in GI cancers. Here, PRKACA is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
