As illustrated in Figure 6a,b, rLaSota-BC-RFP-treated tumors demonstrated significantly higher levels of tumor-infiltrating CD4+ (p = 0.008) and CD8+ (p = 0.0003) T lymphocytes compared to rLaSota-RFP- and PBS-treated groups in the B16F10 model. This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and neoplasm.
