Pathogenic or likely pathogenic mutations in other CRC-associated genes (APC, CHEK2, MUTYH) were identified in 8 (7.8%) individuals, and variants of unknown significance (VUS) in CRC-related genes (MMR genes, APC, CHEK2) were detected in 8 (7.8%) individuals. This evidence concerns the gene CHEK2 and colorectal carcinoma.
