In CBF-AML patients, the frequencies of TIGIT+ cells in total NK and CD56dim NK cells after stimulation (n = 15) showed a tendency to be significantly lower compared with those of samples without stimulation (n = 29) (40.3% (17.9–57.2%) vs. 46.9% (14.7–74.3%), p = 0.088; 39.5% (17.3–57.0%) vs. 47.8% (15.0–74.5%), p = 0.074), but that in CD56bright NK cells was similar (p = 0.54) (Figure 1e). Here, TIGIT is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
