TIGIT and acute myeloid leukemia: Valhondo et al. showed no significant difference in the percentage of NK cells expressing TIGIT between AML patients and HDs, while Liu et al. and Zeng et al. both observed that the frequencies of TIGIT+ cells in total NK cells, CD56bright, and CD56dim NK cell subsets were all significantly higher in patients than those in healthy individuals [28,29,30].
